Alkaline protease is a serine type endonuclease extracted by fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis 2709. It is produced using advanced technologies including microfiltration ultrafiltration membrane separation, spray drying or vacuum freeze drying. With an optimal pH range of 9-11, it effectively decomposes large molecular proteins into small molecular peptides, amino acids and other products under alkaline conditions.
